Commitment to accessibility

Calabi is committed to making its website and services accessible to all customers, including people with disabilities and older adults.

Conformance standard

Calabi uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the standard for calabi.us and reviews pages using keyboard navigation and screen readers.

Accessibility features

Accessibility features include readable contrast in light and dark mode, keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, labeled form fields and screen reader support. The cookie notice is keyboard accessible and does not obstruct page content.

Alternative ordering

Customers can place orders and receive assistance by calling or texting 843-481-0943 or emailing support@calabi.us.

Delivery assistance

Customers may request delivery assistance in their delivery notes, such as delivery to an apartment door or a senior living front desk, knocking instead of ringing, or allowing extra time to answer.

Third-party content

Certain features are provided by third parties, including Stripe payment forms and Google sign-in. If a third-party feature presents a barrier, contact us and we will assist you in completing your order.
